Up to 24-hours prior to your arrival, you will receive a Schedule Your Check-In invite by email. Open the email on your smartphone and click the Click the Schedule Your Check-In button. Note: if you haven’t yet installed the CQ Hotels App, follow the links to the App Store or Google Play Store to download the app.
Click the Arrival Time drop-down to select your estimated arrival time (optional). Please allow the hotel a two-hour window after you submit your request. Requests for check-in prior to the hotel's arrival time cannot be guaranteed.
As you schedule your check-in, you can also select whether you would like a mobile or physical key. Use the Key drop-down to make your selection.
If you select to receive a mobile key, the key will be delivered to your phone when your room is ready.
If you select to receive a physical room key, simply go to the front desk upon arrival.
You can still schedule your mobile check-in by completing the following steps:
1. Open the App and select the Find tab
2. Find the hotel at which you will be staying
3. Tap on the Learn More button
4. Tap on the Check-in/Check-Out box in the upper right hand corner and follow the prompts to schedule your check-in
All Club Quarters Hotels as well as our partner hotels (The Jewel facing Rockefeller Center, Hotel Boutique at Grand Central, World Center Hotel, Central Loop Hotel, River Hotel and The Grand at Trafalgar Square) offer mobile check-in and check-out.
Mobile Key
If you selected to receive a Mobile Key when you scheduled your check-in, your mobile key will be delivered to your device as soon as your room is ready.
You will receive a notification that your mobile key is ready if you selected to receive notifications when you installed the app. You may also use the Key tab in the app to find your mobile key.
If you requested a mobile key and you haven’t it yet by the time you arrive at the hotel, simply go to the front desk when you arrive; they’ll be able to issue you a mobile key (or a traditional key if you like) when your room is ready.
Mobile Check-Out
The morning of your departure date, you will receive an email invitation to check-out. Open the email using your smartphone and click the Check-Out Now button. Follow the prompts to check-out of your room and be on your way, without having to stop at the front desk.
