For cancellations before December 30, 2020:
Club Quarters is allowing guests to cancel without penalty by 6PM day of arrival for existing and new bookings through December 30, 2020.
For cancellations after December 30, 2020:
We allow free cancellations and changes until 6pm (hotel local time), 48 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellation or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.
For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax. For cancellations within 14 days for corporate apartments, the cancellation charge is 50% of first 30 nights.
All of our hotels are completely smoke-free.
There is a hold/deposit placed on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold is released by Club Quarters Hotels on your day of departure. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-7 business days for the funds to release back into your available balance.
Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
Our pricing model is based on a lone business traveler per room. As such, an extra person charge of $18/£12 per person over 12 years of age will be incurred per room Monday-Friday. Weekend extra person charge is $15/£12 per day.
Guests must be 18 years old to check into the room.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a minimal fee if available at the time of check-in.
You can check-in as late as 6 am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, please advise Member Services/Reservations when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.
The Member Service Desk/Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our friendly, knowledgeable team members can help you with making reservations, suggesting the best restaurants and attractions in our neighborhoods, providing directions, and assisting in many other guest requests.
Each Club Quarters Hotel features a restaurant and bar and offers room service. Additionally, we offer a unique, in-room delivery service from neighborhood restaurants. Order using the menus located in your room and a member of our staff will deliver your order to your room, with charges being applied to your room bill.
The Club Living Room (Club Lounge/Gallery Lounge) at each of our hotels is a private lounge with comfortable seating areas for working, relaxing and socializing. Guests will enjoy:
Guests receive complimentary access to the Fitness Room at each of our hotels. Our Fitness Rooms are equipped with free weights and cardio equipment and most are open 24 hours a day. Additionally, we will deliver exercise equipment and yoga kits to your room at no charge.
While there are no pools on premise at our hotels, a Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk will be glad to direct you to the nearest pool facility.

The safety and security of our guests is paramount. To ensure only registered guests have access to guest room floors, the elevators are operated using your room key.
We have the fastest Wi-Fi in the industry! Our ultra-fast, 1 GB Wi-Fi is free in all guest rooms and throughout our hotels.
Each of our hotels features PrintMe, a complimentary wireless service that allows guests to print from their laptops, smartphones or tablets from the comfort of their rooms to our printer in the Club Living Room.
For your convenience, in addition to the friendly service at the Member Service Desk, each of our Reception areas includes kiosks for instant self-check-in and check-out. These easy-to-use kiosks can provide you with a room key, or a receipt, in less than two minutes.
Travel lighter – we have loaner iPads available for your use. Request one for your stay at our Member Service Desk. Prefer to work at a desktop? Visit the Club Living Room, where we have computer workstations set up for your use.
Club Quarters Hotels does not offer shuttle service to area airports; however, many of the airport shuttle services do provide transport to our hotels and charge a fee that is substantially less than a taxicab.
Our hotels are located in bustling city centers and are situated near public transportation. For help traversing our urban destinations, just ask any of our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Service Managers.
Valet parking is available at both of our Chicago hotels as well as Houston, Boston and World Trade Center.
Parking facilities for our other Club Quarters Hotels locations are available nearby, often at a reduced rate. Should you require assistance with your luggage, you may pull up to our hotel where our staff will gladly help you, then direct you to our preferred parking garage.
