Policies


We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 pm (hotel local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.

For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax.

Cancellations for corporate apartments made after 12pm local time 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of full stay.

All of our hotels are completely smoke-free.

There is a hold/deposit placed on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold is released by Club Quarters Hotels on your day of departure. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-7 business days for the funds to release back into your available balance.

In the United States, guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the room.

In the United Kingdom, guests must be at least 18 years old to check into the room.

We collect certain personal information to be able to customize your experience on our site as well during your visit at any of our Club Quarters Hotels. We also use Cookie technology to make it easier to browse our site. Please visit our Privacy Policy page for more information.

General Information


Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a minimal fee if available at the time of check-in.

For USA hotels, early check-in will incur a fee of $50 and late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of $50. Any time after 3pm will require a full day rate. For London hotels, early check-in will incur a fee of £40, late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of £30, and late check-out between 3-6pm will incur a fee of £60. Any time after 6pm will require a full day rate.

You can check-in as late as 6 am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, please advise Member Services/Reservations when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.

The Member Service Desk/Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our friendly, knowledgeable team members can help you with making reservations, suggesting the best restaurants and attractions in our neighborhoods, providing directions, and assisting in many other guest requests.

The Club Living Room (Club Lounge) at each of our hotels is a private lounge with comfortable seating areas for working, relaxing and socializing. Guests will enjoy:

  • collaborative work spaces
  • free lightning fast 1GB Wi-Fi
  • complimentary refreshments, plus La Colombe coffee and tea
  • wireless printing
  • universal charging station

Guests receive complimentary access to the Fitness Room at each of our hotels. Our Fitness Rooms are equipped with free weights and cardio equipment and most are open 24 hours a day.

While there are no pools on premise at our hotels, a Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk will be glad to direct you to the nearest pool facility.

Club Quarters Hotels offer our guests the following services:

  • Laundry and dry cleaning options per hotel
  • Free luggage storage between visits, and before check-in/after check-out
  • Complimentary storage of valuables in a safe deposit box at the Member Service Desk
  • Self-serve Guest Request Closets on each floor, fully stocked with extra amenities
  • Housekeeping available upon request

The safety and security of our guests is paramount. To ensure only registered guests have access to guest room floors, the elevators are operated using your room key.

Technology


We have the fastest Wi-Fi in the industry! Our ultra-fast, 1 GB Wi-Fi is free in all guest rooms and throughout our hotels.

Each of our hotels features PrintMe, a complimentary wireless service that allows guests to print from their laptops, smartphones or tablets from the comfort of their rooms to our printer in the Club Living Room.

For your convenience, in addition to the friendly service at the Member Service Desk, each of our Reception areas includes kiosks for instant self-check-in and check-out. These easy-to-use kiosks can provide you with a room key, or a receipt, in less than two minutes.

Transportation


Club Quarters Hotels does not offer shuttle service to area airports; however, many of the airport shuttle services do provide transport to our hotels and charge a fee that is substantially less than a taxicab.

Our hotels are located in bustling city centers and are situated near public transportation. For help traversing our urban destinations, just ask any of our friendly and knowledgeable Guest Service Managers.

Parking facilities for our other Club Quarters Hotels locations are available nearby, often at a reduced rate. Should you require assistance with your luggage, you may pull up to our hotel where our staff will gladly help you, then direct you to our preferred parking garage. Repeat Guests


Luggage storage is offered to guests who are checking out and will be returning for an upcoming weekly ongoing stay.

If you are a repeat guest, please contact the front desk agent at your CQ hotel for more information.

Laundry bag and garment bags are available for repeat guests who will stay at least once per week within the current year.

Apple Wallet


Before you arrive at Club Quarters Hotel, open your CQ Hotels app to add your room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone or Apple Watch. Once you complete the check-in process, your room key will be activated and ready for use.  

To use your room key to unlock your room, simply hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the reader to unlock. 

Your room key in Apple Wallet is easier to use than many alternatives, and you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. Even if your iPhone needs a charge, your key will still work for up to five hours with Power Reserve. 

  • CQ Hotels app 
  • A reservation at a Club Quarters Hotel that supports room keys in Apple Wallet 
  • A compatible iPhone or Apple Watch 
  • iPhone 8s, iPhone 8s Plus or later, running iOS 16.2 or later 
  • Apple Watch Series 3 or later, running WatchOS 9.2 or later 

In addition to your room, your room key in Apple Wallet can also be used to access the same hotel spaces where you would use a plastic key such as the fitness center and common areas. 

This list is regularly updated with new locations as we continue to expand the use of a room key in Apple Wallet across our hotels. Please check back before your next stay with us. 

After booking your reservation, look for the “Add to Apple Wallet” button on your upcoming stay in the CQ Hotels app. The app will indicate if the hotel supports the use of a room key in Apple Wallet. 

When you add a room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it is automatically added to your paired Apple Watch. Once your room key has been added, simply hold your Apple Watch near the reader to unlock. 

After booking, you can add your room key to Apple Wallet via the CQ Hotels app. Your room key will automatically activate once you check in and your room has been assigned. 

After your room key in Apple Wallet has been activated, just hold your iPhone or Apple Watch near the reader to unlock. With Express Mode, you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. It’s that simple. 

You may add a room key to Apple Wallet on one iPhone and one paired Apple Watch. per iCloud account. 

If needed, you may switch your room key to a different iPhone or paired Apple Watch. Once the key is activated on the new device, it will be automatically removed from the previous one.

Yes, you can use both. 

Yes, your room key will be automatically activated for each room that you have reserved. 

Multiple people on different devices can use a room key, provided that each person has the CQ Hotels app activated on their iPhone. 

Each stay will be represented with its own room key in Apple Wallet. When your stay is over, your room key will be deactivated remotely and archived in Apple Wallet. 

If your iPhone needs a charge, your key in Apple Wallet will still work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access, so you can still get inside. 

Room key in Apple Wallet takes full advantage of the privacy and security features built into iPhone and Apple Watch.  

If you think your iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can use iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device. If you need a new room key, please visit the front desk.
