8 Northumberland Co. offers full catering services and meeting packages with audio/visual services. Low rates for overnight stays are also available for all attendees. To inquire about holding a meeting or event at our Trafalgar Square hotel, please fill out the Groups & Meetings RFP or send an e-mail to meetings@8northumberland.co.uk.

Check-in is at 3 pm. If you require an early check-in, there will be an additional charge of £40 applied (based on availability).

Check-out is at 12 pm. If you require a late check-out, there will be an additional charge of £30 applied for check-out until 3pm, and an additional charge of £60 between 3-6pm (based on availability). Any time after 6pm will require a full day rate.

There is a hold/deposit placed on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold is released by Club Quarters Hotels on your day of departure. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-7 business days for the funds to release back into your available balance.
