Within walking distance of each of our hotels, you’ll find public transportation, the best dining and recreation experiences the city has to offer, historical and cultural attractions, and Fortune 500 companies and business services.
Check-in is at 3 pm and check-out is at 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged for a minimal fee if available at the time of check-in.
For USA hotels, early check-in will incur a fee of $50 and late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of $50. Any time after 3pm will require a full day rate. For London hotels, early check-in will incur a fee of £40, late check-out until 3pm will incur a fee of £30, and late check-out between 3-6pm will incur a fee of £60. Any time after 6pm will require a full day rate.
You can check-in as late as 6 am the day after you are due to arrive. Your credit card automatically guarantees your room. If you are checking in late and know this, please advise Member Services/Reservations when making the reservation or call the hotel directly the day of arrival.

The Member Service Desk/Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our friendly, knowledgeable team members can help you with making reservations, suggesting the best restaurants and attractions in our neighborhoods, providing directions, and assisting in many other guest requests.
The Club Living Room (Club Lounge) at each of our hotels is a private lounge with comfortable seating areas for working, relaxing and socializing. Guests will enjoy:
Guests receive complimentary access to the Fitness Room at each of our hotels. Our Fitness Rooms are equipped with free weights and cardio equipment and most are open 24 hours a day.
While there are no pools on premise at our hotels, a Guest Service Manager at the Member Service Desk will be glad to direct you to the nearest pool facility.

The safety and security of our guests is paramount. To ensure only registered guests have access to guest room floors, the elevators are operated using your room key.
We allow free cancellations and changes until 6 pm (hotel local time), 24 hours prior to arrival. Any cancellations or modifications made after that time are subject to a charge of one night’s room plus tax. Please note there are no cancellations or changes allowed on reservations booked under the Non-Refundable Rate.
For stays 30 days or longer (excluding corporate apartments), cancellations or changes must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to incur no charges. Cancellations or changes within 72 hours incur a cancellation/change fee of three nights’ room and tax.
Cancellations for corporate apartments made after 12pm local time 14 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of full stay.
All of our hotels are completely smoke-free.
There is a hold/deposit placed on your credit card at the time of check-in for incidentals. The hold is released by Club Quarters Hotels on your day of departure. Please note that it may take your financial institution 3-7 business days for the funds to release back into your available balance.
At all of the CQ Hotels, we welcome you to bring along your pup – at no extra charge.
Max 1 dog per room per stay, up to 25 lbs. Dog must be registered with the front desk at the time of check-in. Dog should be on a leash or in a carrier in public areas and not in the restaurant or fitness room. You must be present when the hotel staff is in your guest room with your dog. Your dog should not be left in your guest room unattended. Please make sure your dog is up to date on all vaccinations, with proof upon request.
Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into a room.

Before you arrive at Club Quarters Hotel, click on the confirmation email to add your room key to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your mobile device. Once you complete the registration process, your room key will be activated and ready for use.
To use your room key to unlock your room, simply hold your mobile device near the reader to unlock.
Your room key in Apple Wallet is easier to use than many alternatives, and you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. Even if your iPhone needs a charge, your key will still work for up to five hours with Power Reserve.
In addition to your room, your Wallet Key can also be used to access the same hotel spaces where you would use a plastic key such as the fitness center and common areas.
After booking your reservation, look for the relevant “Add to Wallet” button on your upcoming stay in the on the reservation confirmation or the future reservation list within your Club Quarters Rewards profile
When you add a room key to Apple Wallet on your iPhone, it is automatically added to your paired Apple Watch. Once your room key has been added, simply hold your Apple Watch near the reader to unlock.
After booking, you can add your room key to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet by clicking on the relevant “Add to Wallet” button on the confirmation email. Your room key will automatically activate once you check in and your room has been assigned.
After your Wallet Key has been activated, just hold your mobile device near the reader to unlock. As a bonus, with Apple’s Express Mode, you don’t even need to wake or unlock your device. It’s that simple.
You may add a room key to Apple Wallet on one iPhone and one paired Apple Watch. per iCloud account.
If needed, you may switch your room key to a different iPhone or paired Apple Watch. Once the key is activated on the new device, it will be automatically removed from the previous one.
Yes, you can use both.
Each stay will be represented with its own room key in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. When your stay is over, your room key will be deactivated remotely and archived. Future Wallet reservations will automatically activate once you have completed the online registration and the reservation has been checked in and a room has been assigned.
If your iPhone needs a charge, your key in Apple Wallet will still work. Power Reserve provides up to five hours of access, so you can still get inside.
Wallet Key takes full advantage of the privacy and security features built into your mobile devices.
If you think your iPhone or Apple Watch is lost or stolen, you can use iCloud.com or the Find My app on another Apple device. If you need a new room key, please visit the front desk.

For your convenience, in addition to the friendly service at the Member Service Desk, each of our Reception areas includes kiosks for instant self-check-in and check-out. These easy-to-use kiosks can provide you with a room key, or a receipt, in less than two minutes.
