HOW TO ENTER: No purchase necessary to enter or to win. Visit the Sweepstake Page, https://clubquartershotels.com/share-the-love-sweepstakes during the Sweepstake Period to register for the Sweepstake by completing the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Shared Operating Services reserves the right to disqualify any person or e-mail address that submits more than one entry.
ELIGIBILITY: Entry in this Sweepstake constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these Sweepstake Rules (the “Sweepstake Rules”). These Sweepstake Rules exempt Shared Operating Services and other persons from liability and contain other important provisions. If you do not agree with each and every provision of these rules, you may not participate in the Sweepstake. Employees, officers, and directors of Shared Operating Services and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter the Sweepstake or win the Grand Prize. The Sweepstake is open to legal residents of the United States who have reached the age of 21 at the date of entry. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Shared Operating Services’ and/or Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstake. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
GRAND PRIZE: Exactly five (5) Prizes will be awarded. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received.
The Prizes: One Jolly Hour cocktail/mocktail box (total value of up to $40)
All components of prize have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary value. Prize is non-transferrable. Other terms and conditions may apply.
PRIZE DRAWING: The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing to be held on or about August 3, 2018 from all valid entries received during the Sweepstake Period and will be notified within thirty (30) days of the drawing date via email. The drawing process will utilize a random number generator to select the prize winner from a list of all entries. If for any reason the potential Prize Winner cannot be reached after reasonable attempt has been made, in the sole discretion of Shared Operating Services, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing among remaining eligible entries.
GENERAL: Sweepstake entrants agree to these Official Rules and to all decisions of Shared Operating Services, which are final and legally binding in all respects, and further agree that the Prize is awarded upon the condition that the Sweepstake entities and the respective parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, partners, principals, partnerships, employees or agents shall have no liability whatsoever and shall be held harmless for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind to persons or property, including death, sustained, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the Prize or the participation in the Sweepstake.
Any entrant who attempts to participate with multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to enter the Sweepstake in violation of these Official Rules may be disqualified by Shared Operating Services in its sole discretion. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents will void all entries made by, or associated with, the applicable entrant. In the event of a dispute over who submitted an entry, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account provided in connection with the entry, as of the actual time of entry, will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account subscriber” is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g. business, education, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A selected or potential winning “authorized account subscriber” may be required to provide Shared Operating Services with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the applicable entry.
To the extent permitted by law, Shared Operating Services is not responsible or liable, jointly or severally, for any of the following: (1) lost, late, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected, invalid or incomplete entries, notifications, responses, replies or releases; (2) computer, online, telephone, hardware, software or technical malfunctions that may occur, including but not limited to malfunctions that may affect the transmission or non-transmission of an entry; or (3) incorrect or inaccurate information (including entrants’ e-mail addresses), whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstake or by any technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstake. Shared Operating Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, modify, amend, suspend or terminate the Sweepstake (including these Sweepstake Rules), in whole or in part, in any way, at any time, for any reason (including reasons beyond the control of Shared Operating Services), without prior notice or any liability to any person. By participating in the Sweepstake, you acknowledge and signify that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Sweepstake Rules, which are posted on www.Shared Operating Serviceshotels.com and made available by Shared Operating Services throughout the Sweepstake Period. Shared Operating Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant found to be: (1) violating the Sweepstake Rules; (2) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstake; (3) violating the terms of service, conditions or use and/or general rules or guidelines of any Shared Operating Services property or service; and/or (4) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Caution: any attempt to deliberately damage Shared Operating Services brand or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Shared Operating Services reserves the right to seek remedies and damages including but not limited to criminal prosecution.
Should any provision of these Official Rules be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of these Official Rules shall remain in full force and effect. In the event that the Sweepstake is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority (including but not limited to any federal or provincial or state governmental authority), Shared Operating Services reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Sweepstake, as applicable, or to disqualify any Sweepstake entrants residing in any affected geographic areas, as applicable.

Acceptance of The Sweepstake Rules: If any provision of these Sweepstake Rules is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, all other provisions will remain in full force and effect. This Sweepstake is subject to applicable federal, state and municipal laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law. These Sweepstake Rules are subject to change for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you or any other person. Participation in the Sweepstake constitutes irrevocable acceptance and agreement to all these Sweepstake Rules. By participating in the Sweepstake, you agree to release and hold harmless Shared Operating Services, their partners and employees, officers, affiliates, agents, and advertising, PR promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, illnesses, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this Sweepstake.
